How to retrieve your lost items if you travelled with OUIGO

1. Contact the Lost and Found Office
If you have lost something while travelling with OUIGO, contact the ADIF lost property office. Once they have found your item, they will provide you with a reference number for tracking purposes.

3. Pick it up at your home
Once payment is confirmed, our team will collect your item and send it directly to your home or work.
