How to recover your lost property if you travelled with AVLO

1. Contact the Lost and Found Office
If you have lost something while travelling with AVLO, contact the ADIF lost property office. Once they have found your item, they will give you a reference number for tracking purposes.

3. Pick it up at your home
Once payment is confirmed, our team will collect your item and send it directly to your home or work.

If you travelled with AVLO and you have lost an item, contact the lost property office at ADIF. They are in charge of centralising all objects found on AVLO trains.

How do I know if ADIF has found my lost item on the train?
You should contact ADIF directly on 902 240 505. If they have located your object (regardless of the operator: AVE, Ouigo, Iryo, Avlo, RENFE), they will inform you and give you a reference number.
Do I have to contact the train operator separately?
No. All rail operators (AVE, Ouigo, Iryo, Avlo, RENFE, Cercanías) hand in lost property to ADIF. You only need to contact ADIF, no matter which train you have travelled on.
What do I do when ADIF confirms that they have found my object?
All you have to do is request a quote from GoEnvío and we will take care of everything: collection from the ADIF office, packaging and delivery to your home.
